BRONKS is a Flemish art house with its main focus on performing arts for a young audience in Brussels. It programmes and commissions productions for children and youth at the theatre as well as on tour. BRONKS’s work aims to surprise, take risks, confront and display intelligence and humour.
BRONKS is recognised as a resource centre for professionals interested in cultural projects with/for young people by its peers and partners and has an extensive educational operation to suit a variety of audience groups. They offer several workshops, debates and participatory projects to a young audience who wish to pursue the performing arts in their free time, but also with teachers and schools during the year. All it’s artistic and educational activities aim to stimulate children, youth and their environment to discover and explore the possibilities in their selves and in the world.
BRONKS will use its experience of creating challenging contemporary productions and empowering youth-led projects to inform BUZZ activities and objectives.
